ImageJ is a software program that facilitates image processing and analysis in Java. Running on Linux, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, Windows, and the Sharp Zaurus PDA, the software and its Java source code are freely available and in the public domain, with no license is required. Additional features include filtering images at 40 million pixels per second, and task automation and custom tool creation with the use of more than 200 macros.
