Lasergene DNA and protein sequence analysis software includes SeqMan Pro, a sequence assembly engine built for large data sets. In addition to the classic assembly method, the software also offers the capability to assemble genomes for bacteria and other similarly sized organisms. The Vector NTI batch file import capability retains important feature formats, as large batches of Vector NTI files are imported directly into Lasergene. Additionally, the program runs natively on Windows, Macintosh PPC and Mac Intel machines.
