LION bioscience announced a two-year global licensing agreement with Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development (J&JPRD). for LION's SRS integration technology for drug discovery. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, J&JPRD will access LION's integration software SRS 7.0 as well as SRS Prisma. SRS 7.0 integrates diverse life science data from public and proprietary databases to enable rapid and easy data analysis. SRS Prisma automatically updates internal databases as new information becomes available.
"The need to integrate in-house analysis tools and diverse databases is becoming more urgent in discovery," said LION bioscience Chief Business Officer Dr. Daniel Keesman. "The SRS product suite will provide researchers at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development better and faster management of scientific data.
