Pathway Studio
Pathway Studio pathway analysis software allows users to interpret gene expression and other high throughput data; build, expand and analyze pathways; find relationships among genes, proteins, cell processes and diseases; and draw publication-quality pathway diagrams. The software comes with the ResNet Mammalian Database with access to other databases, including ResNet Plant, and enables pathway analysis for most model organisms. It also supports KEGG, Science Signaling, and the Prolexys HyNet protein-protein interaction database. Integration with Illumina's GenomeStudio improves analysis workflow by providing a graphical representation of microarray data, simplifying the transition from statistical data analysis to biological interpretation.
