NWA eHACCP, an extension of NWA Quality Information System, is an electronic food safety and quality management system that delivers HACCP data collection, compliant data management and secure electronic signatures for producing and managing HACCP documents. It combines process management and improvement with improved HACCP compliance. To ensure successful implementation, NWA has partnered with Dr. John Surak to develop a conversion plan from existing paper-based HACCP programs that includes the training, validation and verification steps needed to properly implement the system and to assure regulatory agencies, customers and third-party auditors, that the electronic HACCP solution is an effective food safety system.
