Watson LIMS
The Watson laboratory information management system (LIMS) is designed to simplify daily workflow for bioanalytical laboratories by delivering functionality for incurred sample reanalysis, allowing researches to conduct reanalysis on an individual sample basis. This version increases reporting speed and has a reduced validation time as compared to previous versions. Reporting features provide comparison methods with built-in calculations and enable the use of templates. Thermo Scientific Watson LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), purpose-built for bioanalytical applications, now includes a built-in data interchange with the company’s TSQ Series mass spectrometers, allowing for direct data acquisition, peak integration and re-integration, storage, archiving and reporting of raw data, all under the control of Watson’s centralized Oracle repository.
