TILE-Gx
The family of four processors, including a 100-core processor, the TILE-Gx100, offers some of the highest microprocessor performance. The system simplifies many-core programming with Multicore Development Environment to enable rapid product deployment. The processors, available with 16, 36, 64 or 100 cores, use a new architecture, iMesh, which eliminates the need for an on-chip bus. The Dynamic Distributed Cache allows for the core’s cache to be shared across the entire chip. Other multicore benefits include consolidation of functions, granularity of compute and deterministic computing.
