SeqLab de-novo sequencing software uses a high-power de-novo engine, MS/MS and related MS/MS/MS data to decipher peptide sequences. Researchers can find tags for peptides from low or high-energy CID MS/MS data, including data from TOF/TOF. In combination with the AXIMA Resonance mass spectrometer, the software provides high mass accuracy tandem mass spectrometric data, enhancing the output of de-novo sequencing.
