SPSS 16.0 statistical software delivers enhanced integration with the Predictive Enterprise Services (PES) analytics platform, making it possible to store and manage a variety of analytic assets, including predictive models and data transformations. The software features a new user interface, written completely in Java, which provides the ability to instantly resize a dialog to see a more complete description of variables, as well as to quickly select and drag the variables wanted for analysis. An optional Neural Networks module provides a complementary approach to the statistical techniques available in the base package. For organizations working with data in multiple languages, Unicode data can be processed, and text can be treated according to Unicode properties.
